Regina Ruth (Tolliver) Lobach Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina Ruth (Tolliver) Lobach in Palm Bay, Florida, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on December 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dave Lobach; her father Gene Austin Tolliver; and her stepfather Jack Williams. She is survived by: her mother Sara Williams; her sisters, Terri Justice (Mike) and Barbara Bohlin; her daughters, Michelle Nelson and Angela Starr (Dunamis); her stepdaughters, Sheri Spivey (Donnie) and Jill Atchley (Kevin); her grandchildren, Kali, Morgan, Daniel, Samantha, Allyson Nelson, Noah, Aron, Jordan, Zoe, David, Christian, Judah Starr, Hunter, Mallory Spivey, Taylor, Dustin (Sarah Mae) and Jarod Atchley; her nieces, Ashley Justice-Tucker (Chip), Madison and Victoria Bohlin; and her nephew Brian Justice.

Masks are required for all who attend and social distancing is recommended.
