He is survived by: his wife Sheri DeVaux (Brazalovich); his children, Ryan Matthew, Christian James (Lauren Elizabeth), Addison Terry, Matthew Carter Brazalovich and Jessica Lynn; his grandchildren, Jayce Charles, Piper Carolynne, Daniel Bjorn and Brantley Thomas; his sisters, Theresa (Clayton Douglas), Staci Lyn Brazalovich, Shelley and Dani Boutte; his nephews, Justin and Kyle; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kelly Elizabeth DeVaux, Darren Rynne, Emma Dingle, John Lloyd, Cody Miles and Sierra Miles. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
