Budden (Williams); his son Richard Budden, III; his daughter-in-law Ashley; his grandsons, Jacob, Ashton and Mason; his brothers, Robert (Shannon) and Joseph; and his siblings-in-law, William (Gladys), Kathleen (Carlos) and Rhonda (Maurice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
