It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard P. Francis (Palm Bay, Florida), born in Saco, Maine, who passed away on November 18, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Sr. Francis and Theodora Francis; and his brother Robert A. Francis. He is survived by: his wife Virginia L. Francis; and his siblings, George A. Francis Jr. (Joan), Margaret Francis, Nancy Merrill (Everett) and Barbara Bowley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
