He is survived by: his parents, Philip Gladchuk and Barbara Gladchuk (Caouette); his wife Teresa Gladchuk (Guile); his sisters, Brenda Gorman (Don), Lynda Alexander and Sandra Gladchuk; his stepson Philip Wiker (Kristen); and his grandchildren, Duran Wiker, Yasmin Wiker, Vaughn Wiker and Starla Wiker.
