He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Farmer (Church); his mother Mabel Miller (O. W. Miller); and his daughter Rebecca Farmer. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Pekar. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
