It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Brouillard of Palm Bay, Florida, born in Waterbury, Connecticut, who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Brouillard; and her parents, Edward Dowling and Mary Dowling (Ricciardi). She is survived by: her children, Thomas Dunlap (Nancy) and Elaine Strazzeri (Daren); her grandchildren, Kelsey, Amanda and Shawn; and her brother E. Thomas Dowling (Rosemarie). She is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
