He is survived by: his wife Denise Holmes; his daughters, Jennifer Zachariah, Tanya Childress and Crystal Floriano; and his sisters, Betty Kendrick, Linda Botelho, Laurette McLeod and Bonnie Files. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
