He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Rowe and Dorothy Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Knecht Rowe; his children, Cheryl Pazderak (Bobby), Robyn Rowe and William "Billy" Rowe (Lily); and his brothers, Gil Rowe (Betsy) of Palm Coast, FL and Keith Rowe (Kim) of Dickson, TN.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
Memorials in Bill's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
