She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Knowles and Ethel Knowles; her husband Samuel Moree Sr.; her daughter Sheila Harden; and her siblings, Cleveland Knowles, Vernal Knowles, Alease Andersen, Curtis Knowles, Viola Joyce, Roberta Ingram and Lincoln Knowles.
She is survived by: her son Samuel Moree Jr.; her son-in-law Jack Harden; her granddaughter Jennifer Lopez; her great grandchildren, Frankie Lopez, Ryan Lopez, Corey Roman, Marvin Adams, Bradley Harden and Kate Harden; her great great grandchildren, Landon and Owen Lopez; her siblings, Hazel Sprague and Garnett Knowles; and her siblings-in-law, Eugene Joyce and Joann Knowles.
