With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Erik D. Leum of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, born in Rockford, Illinois, who passed away on June 28, 2021 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Erik D. Leum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Leum and Lois Leum (Peterson); and his brother Ward. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Wroblewski; his children, Adria Glover, Alex Leum and Alane Leum; his grandchildren, Josephine, Juliet, Ivy, Charlotte and Emilia; and his siblings, John Leum (Kathy), JoAnn Swenson (Ron) and David Leum (Theresa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorials may be made to Greater IL Chapter Cystic Fibrosis to honor his granddaughter, 150 N. Michigan Ave. Ste 1550, Chicago, IL 60601.
