He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Urban and Antoinette Urban. He is survived by: his wife Veronica of Joseph's Church; his children, Jacqueline Filak (Douglas) and Richard Urban (Janet); and his granddaughters, Anna Edmundson (Dylan) and Sarah Filak.
