He is survived by: his children, Michael Hirsch, Belinda Houck (Michael), Thomas Hirsch (Cheryl), Jeffrey Hirsch and Timothy Hirsch (Rose); and his grandchildren, Peter Hirsch (Hecmarys), Jessica Hirsch, Morgan Houck (Cindy), Selena Lawrence (Joshua) and Marlena Murria (Matthew). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
