She was predeceased by : her parents, Angelo Simone and Sarah Simone; and her sister-in-law Mary. She is survived by : her brothers, Vincent and Frank Simone; her husband Bruno J. "Butch" Neukamm; her sons, John Neukamm and Michael Neukamm; her grandchildren, Christopher Neukamm, Amanda Bolli, Ashley Neukamm, David Neukamm, Jennifer Douglas and Frances Millner; her sister Rita Perkins; her brother-in-law Joe Perkins; and her friends, Geri Callahan and Sue House. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that those who wish to honor Anne make contributions in her memory to Christ the King Catholic Church or to LifePath Hospice.
