She is survived by: her siblings, Bennie Hopper, Nadine Jones (Willie), Lula Delancy and Clifford Brown; her children, James Mitchell Jr. (Edwina), Jane Jones (Lavorn) and Jacinta Jill Fluitt (Jarmaine); her stepchildren, William Holman, Olivia Holman Smith (Kenneth), Pamela Brown and Linnell Thomas (William); her sisters-in-law, Mildred McNeal, Lola McNeil and Rena Gold; and her grandchildren, Ashley Mitchell, Brittanni Napier, Albert Napier III, Janeiceyah Gordon, William Gordon IV, Christian Gordon, Jadin Mitchell, Jaelyn Weems, Jada Weems, Jermaine Fluitt, Seymone Huffman and DeAndre Huffman.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sellers Funeral Home, Inc. (440 SW Broadway St, Ocala, FL 34475). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses (3660 SW 7th Pl, Ocala, FL 34474).
