He is survived by: his wife Nadine; his children, Adam (Dale), Melissa (Tracy) and Allison (Matthew); his grandchildren, Victoria, Tyler and Max; his daughter Adored; and his nieces and nephews, Alisa, Beth, Michele, Lauren, Lori, Sheri, Adam, David and Mendel.
