He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Perlin; his children, Brad Perlin, Kim Bernstein (Bruce) and Andrea Berman (Mitch); his grandchildren, Shane Bernstein (Kacie), Jason Bernstein (Heather), Robyn Bernstein, Josh Berman (Ali) and Rachel Salkovitz (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Zachary, Cooper, Eli, Benjamin, Jordan and Elsie.

Contributions may be made in his loving memory to St Jude Children's Research Hospital.
