He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Hayes and Hilda Mae Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hayes (Gula); his daughters, Summer Hayes and MaryMae "Winter" Hayes; his stepson Jonathan Gula; his daughter-in-law Ashley; his grandchildren, Madison, Logan and Zoey; his brother Patrick Hayes; his nephews, Mark, Steven, Thomas and Matthew Hayes; and his caregivers, Nahomie Joseph, Anderson Mabout, Annie Celestin and Darlene Young. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
