He was predeceased by: his parents, Honey Wallens and Leo Bayer; his son Ronald Bayer; and his wife Alice Salinas Bayer. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Panetta and Jeffrey Bayer; and his grandchildren, Michael Panetta, Matthew Panetta, Colby Bayer, Joseph Bayer and Alexandra Bayer.
