He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Klieback and Marie Klieback of West Hartford, CT; his brother Ray Ransom; his wife Deborah (Bradshaw); and his siblings, Ron Ransom and Lisa Warren.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Sharon Sandstrom, Kate Spearin, Lyell Warren and Greg Bradshaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
