He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Mulligan and Frank Mulligan; and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his son Michael; and his grandchildren, Scarlett and Beau. He is also survived by his loving wife, his son, his grandchildren, his daughter-in-law, and many dear friends.
