He was predeceased by: his parents, James Patrick Malone and Thelma Ashton Malone; his sister Anne Malone Tremont; his niece Kathleen Tremont; and his former wife Leona Kupic Malone (Elaine Adkins).
He is survived by: his daughter Carrah Malone (Garrett J. Byerly, Sr.); his siblings, Jean Malone Letzelter of Bonita Springs, FL and Terry Malone (Chris) of Kirkland, WA; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Tremont Berger (Brian) of Castleton, NY, Ken Tremont Jr. (Kathi), Jennifer Malone-Zagorin (Randy) of Summit, NJ, Jason Malone (Stuart) of Seattle, WA, Doris Letzelter Ricker (Mike) and Richard Cohn of Bonita Springs, FL. He is also survived by several cousins, grand-nephews, and grand-nieces.
