He is survived by: his spouse Jean Mullen Foley; his children, Alyce Newton (Andy) of Prescott, AZ, Catherine Panza (John) of Stonington, CT, Paul (Kristin) of Orange, CT, Neil of Rio Vista, CA and Sheila Touhey (Andy) of Surprise, AZ.; his grandchildren, Emily (Joe), Laura, Michael (Lauren), Will, Mary and John; his great grandchildren, Juniper and Vivian; and his caregiver Mona Nonez. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
