She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Bernabe and Victoria Manalad Bernabe; and her son Antonio Francis Hernaez Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Angelina Bernabe Sayas, Victoria Bernabe Pascal, Paquito, Pascal, Edwardo and Manuel Bernabe; her husband Antonio Francis Hernaez; her son Ryan Hernaez; her grandchildren, Tiana Garrison (Holden Garrison), Amari, Delilah, Evelyn and Nio Hernaez; and her brothers, Marcelino and Cesar Bernabe.
