She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Alpha Omega Edmondson; her former husband Leander Cherry; her spouse Claude Phillips, Jr.; her brother Ronald Fordham; her grandmother Julia Samples; her children, Julian Cherry and Nicole Cherry-May (Derek); and her granddaughter Teirra May-Ward (Ryan). She was also cherished by other relatives and friends.

In compliance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines (including required masks) a socially-distanced visitation of will be from 9-10 a. m., and a Celebration of Life will be held at 10 a. m., Saturday, April 24 at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 75 Pine Lakes Pkwy, Palm Coast, Reverend Edwin Coffie, M. Div., Pastor officiating.
