Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Fazio and Marie Fazio (Nicholetti); and his brother Peter Fazio. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Fazio; his children, Michele Thompson (John) of Palm Coast and Michael Fazio (Deanna) of Waynesville; and his granddaughter Merisa Riley Thompson.
