He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Catanzaro and Josephine Catanzaro. He is survived by: his wife Leslie; and his children, Deborah (Danny), Carol (Dean), JoAnn (Fred), Rick and Lisa (Tom). He is also survived by his family and friends.
