He was predeceased by: his parents, Kyle Leap and Winifred Bearer Leap; and his sister Mary Kyle Franceschini. He is survived by: his wife Jane L. Leap; his children, Jeffrey Leap (Ben Teague) of Key West, Krista Leap of Apex and Craig Leap (Tracy Fearon) of Virginia Beach, Virginia; his grandchildren, Olivia Leap, Audrey Leap and Kelly Ann Gould; and his sister Lauren Leap. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Santa Maria Del Mar Catholic Church (915 N Central Ave, Flagler Beach, FL 32136).
