He is survived by: his parents, Evelyn Cooper and Alfonsa Phillips (Denise); his grandmother Pauline Mitchell; his children, Charles Phillips, Terrance Leeks, Shanice Phillips, Channon Phillips, Chyna Phillips, Chameir Phillips, Nanelia Phillips and Queen'Asia Phillips; his grandchildren, Shanijah Jenkins, Braydan Patterson, Ivori Phillips, Charlae Phillips and Kannon Phillips; his brother Alfonsa Phillips Jr. Donnie McCaskell (Brenda); his friend Deloris Patterson; his godfather Charles McClendon; and his close friends, Alfred Shavers, Sr., Darren Steward and Travis Johnson. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church (75 Pine Lakes Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
