He was predeceased by: his daughter Tracey Heatwole. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Cassandra Robinson, Edward Pendleton and Erica Lincoln. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
