The memory of Constance Geraci Iaia in Palm Coast, Florida, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her children, John, Mary Jane, Tom and Paul. She was also cherished by her children, their spouses, six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Church of the Assumption (20 East Ave, Fairport, NY 14450).
