He is survived by: his wife Edwina Dunkle; his siblings, Joanne Lorenz (Jody), Martha Etsell (Marty) and David Pineo; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Etsell, Heather Daniels, Amanda Ampon (Edwin), Hannah Lorenz, Adam Etsell and Peter Leavitt; his great-nephews, Mason Ampon and Levi Ampon; his stepdaughters, Rachael French (William Ommert) and Lydia French (Brad Reed); and his grandson Theo Ommert.
