We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2024, at the age of 71, Francis E. Hines in Palm Coast, Florida, born in Belmar, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis J. Hines and Elizabeth M. "Betty" Hines. He is survived by: his family Colton; his wife Jeannie Hines; his children, Leesa (Michael Adam) of Wall, NJ, Faith Montanino of Los Angeles, CA and Colton Hines of Palm Coast; his grandchildren, Riley, Jackson and Mason Adam of Wall, NJ; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lawlor of Belmar, Richard Hines of Neptune City, Gregory of Neptune City, Cathy Hines of Neptune City, Stephen, Maria Hines of Wall, Michael and Susan Valente Hines of Brick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
