He is survived by: his wife Cleo Kiss Bánfi; his children, Catherine Bánfi-Wedel of California and Frank Daniel Bánfi (Jennifer Beasley) of Maine; his stepchildren, Dawn Diono Schreiber (Donald) of Milton and Donato Diono (Christina) of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.; and his niece Tammy Swenson of North Carolina. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
