He is survived by: his wife Carol L. Downs; his daughter Tina McCarty (Jim); his stepchildren, Lori Forgie, Dana Forgie, Terrence Forgie (Cindy) and Jerry Forgie; and his sister Judy Heckle. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and many cherished great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
