He is survived by: his wife Lucy "LuLu" Caccavale; his children, Angea Anest, John Caccavale Jr. (Genice) and James Caccavale (Melissa); his stepchildren, Dewey Gamble, Richard Gamble and Debra Metz (James); his grandchildren, Joseph, Michael, Anthony, Mia, Isabella, Melody and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Skylar, Aiden and Domani; and his siblings, Rosie, Nicky and Frankie. He is also survived by loving relatives and wonderful friends.
