He is survived by: his children, Stefanie Plummer and Michael Plummer; the mother of his children Carolyn Plummer; his daughters-in-law, Ronya Plummer and Leora Usina; his close friend Mark Carmen; his siblings, Sharon Reidy, Jackie Linke (Hartmut) and Timothy Plummer (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Tyler Plummer (Shelbey), Stephen Usina and Logan Johnson; and his great grandchild Jensen Plummer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations (39 Old Kings Rd N, Palm Coast, FL 32137). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
