He is survived by: his wife Linda Joan Clarke Baxter; and his children, Daniel Joseph Baxter, Mason William Baxter and Melissa Muriel Baxter Slemp. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
