Leona Stoner Cornelius Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leona Stoner Cornelius of Palm Coast, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 15, 2025 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leona Stoner Cornelius to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Edward Cornelius; her parents, Elva Virl Evans Stoner and Robert Stoner; her siblings, Charles Stoner, Robert Stoner, Lawrence Stoner and Marjorie Jellison; her niece Linda Stoner Foster; and her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Stoner and Gaylene Stoner.
She is survived by: her children, Constance Cornelius, Richard Cornelius and Amy Cornelius Draganjac (Bruce Draganjac); her grandchildren, Amanda Buckles Van Hook (Nathan Van Hook), Alicia Buckles Melgoza (Luis Melgoza), Erin McClellan-Barger (Vicki McClellan-Barger), Jared McClellan, Emily McClellan, Anne Sayre (Homer Sayre) and Josef Draganjac (Tiffany Draganjac); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Leighton, Fiona, Juliette, Vivian, Ty, Dru, Ben, Ava and Mya; her sister-in-law Carol Stoner; and her nieces and nephews, Marc, Gail, Roxanne, Laurie, Valerie, Kimberly, Larry, Monty, Curt, Claudia, Cindy and Cathy.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Coraopolis Cemetery (1121 Main St, Coraopolis, PA 15108).
