She was predeceased by: her mother Cruz Angelica Ortiz. She is survived by: her husband Jessie Guzman, Jr.; her daughter Jasmine Temple; her stepson David Guzman; her niece Alexis Ortiz; her siblings, Marisol Ortiz (Manuel Ruiz) and Pedro Ortiz; her grandsons, Silas and Gavin Guzman; and her great-niece Leila Vallejo. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lohman Funeral Home (220 Palm Coast Pkwy SW, Palm Coast, FL 32137). A prayer will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
