She is survived by: her children, Adam Koziol (Mark) of Palm Coast, FL, Margaret Koziol (Maggie) of Palm Coast, FL and Alicia (Brian Harrison) of Southampton, MA.; her grandchildren, Nathan and Julia Harrison; and her siblings, Stefan Chutkowski (Celina) of Berlin, CT and Elizabeth (Simon Insley) of Battle Creek, MI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
