He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah Christopher-Palmer; his parents, Mark Bev Palmer and Margaret Laski; his stepfather Charles Laski; his son Mark Palmer Jr.; and his brothers, Dennis and Donald Palmer.
He is survived by: his stepson Roman Christopher; his daughter-in-law Alexa Morgan of Englewood, FL; his grandchildren, Summer Bratcher, Guilio Pronesti of Orlando, FL, Miranda, Devyn Nycum of Rulo, NE and Michael Christopher of Bullhead City, AZ; his great grandchildren, Ravyn and Adalyn Nycum of Rulo, NE.; and his sisters, Rosalind Largo of Wilmington, NC and Norma Brady of Pinetops, NC. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hammock First Baptist Church (5328 N Ocean Shore Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32137). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
