He is survived by: his parents, Mark King and Carla King; his sisters, Tiffany King, April Folgar (Luis) and Laci Mize; his grandmothers, Joann Chappell and Lois King; his nephews, Ty, Gavin, Jaelin (Olivia), Max, Liam (Maya) and Cole; and his cousins, Crystal, Loretta, Rachel, Allison, Josh, Jessica and Justin.
