He was predeceased by: his mother Leslie J. Gouldey (Ruth); and his aunt Peggy Reade. He is survived by: his father Glenn C. Gouldey of Palm Coast, Florida; his cousin Eroica; his brothers, Jeremy Gouldey and Alexander Gouldey of Chicago, Illinois; his aunts and uncles, Susie, Millie (Bert), Tony and Bob (Darlene Ubry); and his friend Clayton. He is also survived by uncles, cousins, and friends.
