He was predeceased by: his brother William Cook (Billy). He is survived by: his wife Judy Cook (Guerrieo); his children, Dawn Miller Turnbull (Bruce) and David E. Cook (Monique); his grandchildren, Eva and Nicholas (Gabrielle); his pet Marley; his brother Billy; and his close friend Eddie Lake.
