He was predeceased by : his parents, Catherine Jakubielski (Peterson) and Christopher Jakubielski; and his sister Christine Comeau. He is survived by : his wife Susan Jakubielski; his children, Clinton Jakubielski (AnnMarie McGrath) of Norwich, CT, Misty Shumate (Kevin) and Joseph Tulli of East Lyme, CT.; his grandsons, Daniel, Cody, Liam (Emily), Ryan, Aidan, Amadeus and Mark; his great grandchildren, Lukas and Isla; and his brother-in-law Michael Haggerty (Kathy Steffens).

A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:30 PM and on Sunday, May 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
