He was predeceased by: his friends, Rick and Jeff; and his parents, Joe Crouse and Valerie Crouse. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Dunworth Crouse; his children, Rick Crouse, Jr. and Lynnell Gravelle (Tim); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Finley (Raul) and Ian Finley; his sister JoAnn Dunn; and his caregiver Christina Patton. He is also survived by many loving brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
