He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Chervenak and Josephine Chervenak (Kolodzy); and his sister Constance Butler. He is survived by : his wife Barbara Jean Chervenak; his sons, Gregory Chervenak (Annette) and Timothy Chervenak (Denise); and his granddaughters, Abigail and Vanessa.
