She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Slayton and Lucille Hurlburt; her brother Sydney "Butch" Slayton Jr.; her daughter Christina Boore; her daughter-in-law Margaret Roy; and her granddaughter Danielle Roy.
She is survived by: her husband Daniel Roy; and her children, Nicholas Roy, Mathew Roy (Silvia Roy) and Kimberly Ringey (Chad Ringey). She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren and 7 great- grandchildren.
A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the San Lorenzo Cemetery (1635 US-1, St. Augustine, FL 32084).
