He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Merriman and Suzanne Merriman. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his sister Stacey Dickson; his brother-in-law Bob Dickson; his brother Mark Merriman; his siblings-in-law, Lynn Manhart, Tina and Bob Escalante; his mother-in-law Vita Fortin; and his siblings' children, Jenna Escalante, Matthew Dickson, Bradley Dickson and Cassandra Dickson.
